How it works

From inbox to public record

Staff keep doing what they already do. ClerkSite turns ordinary email updates into organized, accessible, searchable public information, with provenance and review where risk calls for it.

  1. 01

    Email it

Staff send an agenda, notice, minutes, form, alert, RFP, report, or update to the entity's ClerkSite address.

  2. 02

    ClerkSite checks it

AI identifies the content, extracts dates and metadata, flags accessibility or policy risks, and preserves the original.

  3. 03

    The public finds it

Approved updates reach the site, archive, calendar, search index, and audit log without staff learning a CMS.

Before and after

From scattered pages to a public website people can actually use.

Small public entities care about public communication. They've just been handed it with too little time, too few tools, and too much responsibility.

  • Website changes waiting on whoever knows the system

With ClerkSite

  • Current updates in the right place
  • Searchable documents and archived originals
  • Clear meeting, form, contact, and alert pages
  • A maintained public website staff can update by email

How we deliver

Straight answers before you commit.

Scope, timing, and accessibility, in plain language. Have a question that isn't here? Email hello@clerksite.com.

What does “online in as little as 10 business days” include?
A rebuilt, mobile-friendly site using the public information you already have: pages, documents, meetings, and contacts. Timelines depend on how much content needs to move and how quickly your office can review the preview. We confirm a schedule before you commit.
How fast are updates posted?
Routine items such as agendas, minutes, notices, and forms are typically posted within one business day of your email. Time-sensitive notices, such as boil-water advisories or closures, are prioritized. Content that needs a judgment call is held for review, not guessed at.
Will ClerkSite make us ADA compliant?
No vendor can honestly guarantee that. ClerkSite is built to help you move toward WCAG 2.1 AA with accessibility-aware publishing, preserved originals, approval trails, and audit logs. Under the DOJ's Title II rule, entities under 50,000 people and special districts must comply by April 26, 2028 (ADA.gov compliance guide).
Do we keep our domain and our records?
Yes. Your site runs on your existing domain, and every original document you send is preserved alongside the published version, so your public record stays intact if you ever leave.
What does the free preview cost, and what do you need from us?
Nothing. Send your current website address and a few documents you publish often. We build a private preview from your public information, and you decide whether to go further.

Request a demo

Want to see your public website modernized?

Send us your current website and a few common documents. ClerkSite can prepare a private preview using your existing public information, so you can see what your new public website could look like before making a decision.

  1. Tell us about your office. Two minutes, no documents required yet.
  2. We build a private preview. Using your existing public information.
  3. You decide. Free and no obligation. Nothing is published.

Requests go straight to Bryan Freeman, ClerkSite's founder, based in Northeast Georgia.
