A Small Technology Company For Small Public Offices
About ClerkSite
ClerkSite was created to solve a simple problem: small public offices are expected to maintain modern, accessible government websites without always having dedicated web, IT, or communications staff.
We built ClerkSite so routine website publishing can fit the workflow staff already use — email.
Why This Work Matters
Built for communities that are usually asked to do more with less.
Small towns and public authorities carry real responsibilities to the people they serve, often without dedicated IT, communications, or web staff. We believe those communities deserve modern technology designed around their reality — simple, affordable, and easy for the people already doing the work.
Why ClerkSite Exists
Public information should not depend on having a website department.
A town of 800 residents or a small public authority may have many of the same responsibilities to publish meetings, notices, documents, forms, and public information as a much larger government — without having a webmaster or communications department.
ClerkSite is designed to reduce that burden. Instead of asking staff to learn another CMS or become the website department, ClerkSite turns everyday administrative workflows into organized, searchable public information.
Our Approach
Technology should reduce the workload, not create another one.
ClerkSite keeps the publishing experience practical for the office while keeping the public record easier for residents, applicants, board members, and auditors to find.
Email-first workflow
Trustworthy public records
Accessibility-aware publishing
Preservation of original documents
Automation for repetitive work
Human accountability where judgment is required
Our Team
Real people behind the system.
ClerkSite is intentionally small and focused. As we grow, we intend to keep the direct accountability and personal attention that small public offices should expect from the people behind the systems they rely on.

Founder & Technology
Bryan Freeman
Bryan Freeman is the founder of ClerkSite and a software and cybersecurity professional with a background in building secure systems, automation, and technology that simplifies administrative work.
He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University and an M.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Bryan lives in a small Northeast Georgia community and believes smaller towns and public organizations deserve technology that works for their needs and budgets — not complicated systems designed for much larger governments. He created ClerkSite around a simple idea: small public offices should be able to maintain modern, accessible, trustworthy websites without needing a webmaster or learning another complicated system.
Trust And Accountability
Built with automation. Backed by people.
ClerkSite uses automation to eliminate repetitive website work, but accountability still matters. Public entities should know who is behind the systems they rely on, and we believe trust should be built into both the product and the company.
